Banana Bran Muffins

This is another great way to use those overripe bananas.
With the added bran they are a great addition to a school lunch.
Feel free to add raisins if you like, but they are good without them.

Banana Bran
Muffins

Makes 12 muffins

Preheat oven to 400F
Spray 12 muffin tins with cooking spray

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup natural bran
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3 bananas ( I freeze my ripe bananas then thaw them which makes them easy to blend in without chunks)

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add wet ingredients and mix until well blended.
Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake for 15-20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
