Pork Chops with mushroom soup gravy

A favourite of our family is anything in mushroom soup gravy....

This uses pork...chops , loin ....,whatever you have..
We have loin chops....we bought a loin a while ago and cut it into loin chops 

Place chops in a roasting pan
Slice a couple of onions and put on top of the chops


Put mushroom soup on top. 
I used 2 cans but depending on how many chops you are making you may need more or less.
I find for six or eight chops that two cans is perfect.
Add salt and pepper to taste.


Cover and put in the oven at 350*F for 1 1/2 hours.


Give it a stir and it's ready to serve.

I like it with mashed potatoes because the gravy is sooooo yummy when you put it on top of them.
You may notice by the picture that I like more gravy than potatoes....
